The façade of the building will consist of concrete cut into this strange shape and thickness of 40 cm. The building will be made of metal frames and all the other components will be conventional construction with reinforced concrete slab. The building will consist of a ground floor 5.8 m height and a middle interior floor. The area is littered with ancient ruins and the underground construction will depend on the demolition of the existing structure and the site inspections.
