Niakas Estate always has a special sensitivity towards stone houses. Greeks and especially Corfiots have long tradition in building stone houses that spans thousands of years.
Stone is a natural material of Greek landscape that for thousands of years has been used with craftsmanship by the experienced hands of Greek workmen who have created real works of art.
Homes built of stone offer ideal living conditions in Mediterranean weather conditions. They retain natural warmth in the winter and natural coolness in the summer. They have more endurance to time and to natural phenomena than do conventional constructions, as long as they are built in the proper fashion and as long as first grade material is used in the construction.
Due to its wonderful natural colouring, Corfiot white stone creates exceptional warmth in internal spaces that no artificial colouring can surpass.
Keeping this in mind, in 2003 we created IONIOS LINE LTD, a construction company with the aim of building such traditional houses utilizing the experience of the old craftsmen.
With much pleasure we present today are work which is the result of over 5 years of painstaking work under our personal supervision and we invite you to enjoy them.

Our group was founded 10 years ago and initially was engaged only in construction. Our activity took place in various regions such as Chalkidiki, Athens and Edessa. Today we specialize in real estate design and development. Our future objective is to extend our activity in the industrial buildings sector.
